Nov. 2nd, 2005 11:29 pmIt's a simple white card, folded over. On the front is a sketch in pastels of a dusty-pink rose.
Inside is written in a careful hand:
Inside is written in a careful hand:
This is the city where men are mended.
Though they go mad they shall be sane,
Though they sink through the sea they shall rise again;
Though lovers be lost love shall not.
And this, and so much more --
It is impossible to say just what I mean.
I shall be good as new.
Thank you.
